Yoga Instruction

Melodee designs client-focused sessions to inspire and equip on and off the mat. She provides particular attention to cues and sequences that promote healthy alignment and build strength without provoking injury. She encourages the engagement of breath as anchor, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest, heal) in a culture that consistently triggers fight or flight. She weaves in the arts of poetry and music to both ground the practice and provide options for bridging off of the mat to the day to day.
